Minimum Education & Experience
  • Master’s Degree and CPA or CIA required.
  • 7-10 years’ audit or accounting experience in a major hospital, healthcare network, or large to mid-size audit firm.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Be a dynamic team player and collaborate with colleagues across organization in administrative, operational, financial, and clinical functions.
  • Effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Manage multiple engagement teams of 2-4 auditors.
  • Oversee risk assessment process and identify and assess operational, compliance, and financial risks across all areas.
  • Assess risks through performance of internal audits and consulting projects.
  • Develop, implement, and manage audit work program followed by test work performed in field to evaluate risk mitigation efforts.
